Employee Entrepreneur Mindset – Which one Do You Have?
What I want to you about today is something that turns into a lot of conversation can also be tossed around a complete lot. That is the Employee versus Entrepreneur mindset. The problem because see it though would be that most times this topic is discussed it isn’t a conversation that is utilized to enlighten people about the different ways of thinking, but to look to convince someone what spot way of thinking happens to be. How they should think. How they must act. What they needs to have. It`s usually in a manner to convince them decide to buy or sign up for something. Have you been there before?
To me that isn`t the point of the Employee Entrepreneur Mindset discussion; specifically why? Because not everyone is supposed to be an entrepreneur and not individuals are meant to be an employee! Plain and simple! The thousands of firms that exist today could not exist if everyone wanted to be an entrepreneur and run their own business. Conversely there has staying some entrepreneurs to start the businesses to products and services and the livelihoods that go within them.

I read an article today that discussed how entrepreneurs are born approach they can be found. That it can’t be learned, cannot be taught, and 1 of three be an instinct!
